    Rental cost is calculated based on date, peak seasons, number of guests attending, and type of event setup. Typically, prices start at: Fri $475, Sat $650, and Sun $375 for up to 50 guests and 4 hours. Deposit of 50% at the time of booking is required to confirm. A payment must be received every 30 days until balance is paid in full. Balance MUST be received within 10 days of event. If there is a balance 24 hours before the function starts, you are subject to cancellation of your event without refund. Extra charges will be applicable for the items and services not included in the outlined package. Decorations, mics, podiums, lighting, planning, catering, etc. if any, can be arranged at extra charge.
