Setup Amazon SES Account for Spam Emails
If your sent emails are marked as spam by a number of recipients, first of all, it’s a money wastage to keep sending emails to those uninterested people from your limited budget, and secondly, it can harm the reputation of your Amazon SES account.
So what you should do is, configure your Amazon SES account with your email sender (MailGet) after which Amazon SES can start sending complaint notifications (or spam reports) to MailGet.
Using that report, MailGet automatically removes the spam reported email addresses from your sending list.
So here are the steps you need for configuration.
Do follow steps
Step : 1 Click on “SNS – push Notification Service” option.
Step : 2 click on “Get Started” option.
Step : 3 click on “Create Topic” option.
Step : 4 After clicking on a “Create Topic” one popup will appear, Now fill Topic name and Display Name after then click on “Create topic”
Step : 5 Now Click on “Topics” button ,after then check the topic name (In our case “spam_complaints” is topic name) then click on Action then select “Subscribe to topic”.
Step : 6 After clicking on a “Subscribe to topic” one popup will appear, Now fill Endpoint which will be provide by Mailget after then click on “Create Subscription”
Step : 7 Now Click on “Subscriptions” button
Step : 8 Now Check “PendingConfirmation” after then click on “Request confirmaions”
Step : 9 Now Click on “Refresh” Icon
Step : 10 Now click on “Services” after then select “SES“.
Step : 11 Now click on Email Addresses
Step : 12 Now click on your verified Sender: Email
Step : 13 Now click on “Notification” Option
Step : 14 Now click on “Edit Configuration” Button
Step : 15 Now click on “Complaints” after then select your topic name (In our case topic name is “spam_complaints”) after then click on “Save Config”
